Refund policy

Hill of Beans Outfitters gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped.

Hill of Beans Outfitters offers free returns for store credit only (Hill of Beans Outfitters E-Gift Card). Store credit is issued once your return is received and processed and never expires.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

• Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipment, subject to product availability.

• Hill of Beans Outfitters will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the original item.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items
Items that arrive damaged or defective may be returned by emailing hillofbeansoutfitters@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
